 En route to his fourth final of the year, Roddick defeated Karol Kucera, Mario Ancic, No. 7 seed Srichaphan and sixth seed Hewitt, his first win in four meetings against the Australian.
Grosjean reached his 11th career final with wins over Todd Reid, Ian Flanagan, Radek Stepanek and Korean qualifier Hyung-Taik Lee.
In the doubles final, top seeds Bob and Mike Bryan overcame defending champions Mark Knowles and Daniel Nestor 6-4, 6-4 to claim their second Stella Artois title and first since 2001.
The Stella Artois Championships begin on June 9th and, as ever, will be tightly contested by some big name players all turning out in the run up to Wimbledon.
As well as defending champion Andy Roddick, three of last year's Wimbledon semi-finalists will be turning up - Lleyton Hewitt, Mark Philippoussis and Sebastien Grosjean.
Other notable attendees will include Tim Henman, Goran Ivanisevic, Paradorn Srichapan, Taylor Dent and Nicholas Escude.
